    Payment Policies
    • We accept only PayPal.
    • Complete payment must be made within 4 days of placing your order.
    • We will ship the package only after the payment has been verified and cleared.
    Shipping Policies
    We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal checkout as we can only send to this address.
    Please notify us about possible change of delivery address by mail immediately after making the purchase. If there should no information be provided, the item will be sent to the buyer’s address registered in PayPal system with delivery confirmation/tracking number.
    International orders are usually dispatched within 2-7 working days. We would always offer combined shipping when purchasing multiple items, complete checkout as normal and once we receive your order we will work out the cheapest combined shipping rate and refund you the difference. Estimates can be provided beforehand but prices may differ upon ordering.
    For other international destinations except Europe, delivery may take longer depending on the destination.
    Special order items or items that need to ordered from our other branches may take slightly longer and we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.
    An express delivery option is available. If you need the item urgently, please inform us about delivery choice. Estimated delivery time for express shipment is 2-5 business days.
    International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government. Your country may impose import duties and/or taxes on the parts being delivered to you. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and NOT included in our prices.
    We advise customers to check with their local Customs Office to confirm any possible import duties/taxes before placing their order. If an export order is returned to us due to unpaid taxes and import duties we will deduct a re-stocking fee and the cost of the initial postage from any refund issued. If the order is held at customs and not returned to us the customer will be responsible for any penalties or disposition fees and no refund can be issued.
    Prices quoted for International deliveries apply to those areas the Carriers deliver to on a regular basis. If your address falls outside of this the Carrier may charge a “remote area surcharge” that will need to be paid by the customer in order to have the parcel delivered.
    International shipment might be delayed by destination country authorities. If your package is delayed by customs you will have to call your local customs office to find out what is holding it up. We have no way of giving you better information when a package is delayed by customs.
    Customs delays, if incurred, are not part of stated delivery times.
    Please note that, depending on your geographic location, not all delivery methods are available. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to us. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
    All deliveries will require a signature and will take place between the hours of 7am to 6pm. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.
    Customers are advised to physically check their goods before signing the Courrier driver’s delivery sheet. Parcels received damaged, opened or tampered with must either be rejected or signed for ‘damaged’ or ‘opened’ or ‘tampered with’ accordingly. Claims may be rejected if this is not done.
    Return Policies
    All returns must be approved by mail before you ship any item back to us. If you ship an item back to us without letting us know prior to shipping, the package will be refused returned to you. Returns are permitted if you are not satisfied with your purchase and must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from date of receipt. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it.
    If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.
    Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping" it means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product.
    Elygross Auto will not be liable for any consequential losses incurred due to any problems with their deliveries.

    The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department.
    Elygross Auto will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.
    Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
    All deliveries should be checked before signing the Driver’s sheet to avoid any ‘damage’ claims being rejected. In any case all damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our couriers. Any claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
